NPV lease vs purchase

Please have a look at the attached file. It gives a table of the figures that i am using to calcualte the NPV. This is to see if whether purchasing vehicles is better than leasing them. The figure in period zero was added to the NPV calcualtion in excel at the end
(NPV(B9,C102:J102)+B102) . Where B9 is the discount rate and range C102:J102 is the cash flow and B102 is teh figure from period zero. Is this calculation correct.
