Leases: Present value of Minimium Payment

I am looking for the method in calculating the Present Value of Minimum Lease Payments over a period of time. Can I use the present value table in calculating the payments? If so, where can I find the table?

For instance:

Total current payments = $883,200
Number of years of lease = 7 years
Interest Rate = 6%

What would be the Present Value of the Minimum Payments?

thanks
