Forecasting payments

if a firm pays its bills with a 30-day delay, what fraction of its purchases will be paid for in the current quarter? What about in the following quater? What if its payment delay is 60 days?

Look at an example. January bills are being paid in February, February bills paid in March, and March bills paid in April.

So how much of the current quarter's bills actually got paid in the current quarter?
