What does 'fa+(ca-cl)=ltl+oe'mean

I know the first part is Fixed assets - working capital= long term liabilities + OE?
What is OE? And what does this formula mean?

I searched google but could not find anything...

FIXED ASSETS + ( CURRENT ASSETS less
CURRENT LIABILITIES) equals
LONG TERM LIABILITIES + OWNERS' EQUITY.
