ubs system

when i key in to ubs accounting password. it will come out this messege "HOUSEKEEPING IN PROGREES, NOT ALLOW TO PROCEED" . so it not allow me log in to my ubs account system. so wat should i do? how to solve this problem? anyone can help me??

Any body have UBS accounting full version.. or password for it...
