Can anyone tell me how I can find out the lenders that a firm uses and the investment bank the firm uses to issue stock

why not try to find the company's 10-K Statement or quarterly 10-Q. Sometimes as a company retires debt it might pick up debt from another lender so a 10-Q might be better if you're looking for that level of detail.
