The first column in excel is the account title

For the second and third column, unadjusted trial balance (debit and credit)

For the fourth and fifth column, adjustments (debit and credit)

For the sixth and seventh column, adjusted trial balance (debit and credit)

For the eighth and ninth column, balance sheet (debit and credit)

For tenth and eleventh, income statement (debit and credit)
