    Accounting question
    I do not understand why accounting information is important to a restaurant manager/owner when deciding who to hire for an entry-level position in the meat department.

    Perhaps you could clarify, add some more details of the conversation?


    Accounting information is useful to a rest. Manager/owner so they know how much in terms of a salary they can pay to a new person. If that is what you mean.
