Good Example LT. That is exactly what I've been talking about. This gives other volunteers a way to affirm answers without superflous postings.

I must agree that having comments on the post is a nice idea. I see it more as a way to agree with someone's posting so that the asker can get assured that more people agree with the given answer, rather than a way to give reputation points. It also reduces numerous posts saying: "I agree with everything above".

Thumbs up from me for making comments public.
