this guy is back and posting the same thing that was deleted by the mod once, how long will it be alowed to stay?

The first link is gone and the 2nd is to a lenthy thread. What user are you referring to?

The best way to report a bad post is to use the Report Bad Post icon ( ) - so we're pointed right to the individual post within a thread - and the user who posted it.

both links refer to the same poster, one of his messages as i said is at the bottom or the last post in the thread

As you can see, that user is banned. If he signs up as a new username and behaves, then we wouldn't "hold a grudge".

If users come back as another user then continue posting inappropriately, then I send the IP address to Admin with a recommendation that the IP be banned...then it's up to Admin.
