Religion/Paganism Subtopic

I was just wondering, after looking at the religion board, why there is not a subtopic for paganism? I understand that with the resurgence of interest in paganism within the past few decades there could be a potential for a lot a LOT of ignorance when it comes to question answering on this topic. Especially with a religion that you can basically mold to your liking.

Do you feel that it would encourage a lot of people who consider themselves knowledgeable to answer who cannot be refuted if they are wrong? I've run into this on chat sites, in the past 14 years but I still feel that it has the potential to be more helpful than harmful if moderated properly. And you guys happen to have some very active and keen minded moderators.

I suppose I could go on and on about this, but I think this is enough for an initial question. Also, please be aware that I am genuinely asking, with no intention of being hostile or debating a subject that can be so sensitive. Pagan is a bit different than being Christian or Muslim, we get no Bible or Koran for a guideline so I certainly can understand that as a factor for the decision. All of this having been said, can someone explain it to me please?

Thanks!

We picked what we have to cover the vast majority of folks on the planet...leaving "Other" for everything else... since there are so many others.

Not that we're against it: If we find that a large number of questions under "Other" are about one particular group, we'll split those out and make the other group.
