Only half pages (or blank pages) showing up

It doesn't happen every time. It probably happens every second or third time.

Then when I hit "Quick Links" (in order to mark all posts read) it doesn't work. I have to hit My Profile or something else. When the page changes then Quick Links starts to work again.

I have seen this before due to a badly configured proxy.
