I don't know why but the majority of my questions never gets answered, and they get a VERY low hit rate here on Ask Me. Where other questions gets thousand of views mine goes by without ONE. And I have asked about many fun and interesting matters.
So if you can see this post just confirm that please.

I'm not sure which question you are speaking of, but please understand that we are here for free on our own spare time. We do not get paid to answer questions, so the person or persons who may have the answer to your question(s) may not have been on line for a while.

Also, not every forum has experts, nor does every forum get "hit." Most of the popular forums are the pet forums, plumbing, heat & air, electrical and health just to name a few.

I did go and read your other posts and I could not relate to the physics question at all - sorry but that is not a field I claim enough to know. I did answer the aliens question. The other questions are months old already.

Like J_9 said, this is all volunteer. People are not paid to be here and answer questions. Many have jobs, family, school (and a job and a family), etc.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not angry or upset and I know people does this for free and at their own time. I just wondered whether it is a matter that my posts don't get through or something.

The question is certainly a legit one, Shaun. We recognize that some of the boards here are fairly inactive - and continue to try to attract new folk who can help in more areas
