multiple postings

Not sure if this goes here but it is driving me crazy.
I try to link multiple posts together to make it easier for people that can do something about it to merge them. Would it be possible to do a thing where you can't post another question within so many hours apart because it seems to me they think asking multiple times will get them more replies or they don't know how to find the replies they get so they try again. If they can't do multiple posts within an hour or so maybe they will get more familar with the board in the meantime so they see they don't need to do multi's.

Also is stuff like this http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/addicti...e-56760-2.html a computer/site glitch or is it people being impatient.
I know when I get impatient because I see something doesn't seem to be going through right I go hitting the send button two or three more times and it still doesn't do multiple posts like that.

Good cause I really could have over used it this past week. WAY TOO many double and triple posts. My most memorable are Ralphie4
and the guy that got the cosmetic surgery for his wife KNOWING she was allergic to the anesthesia.

I'm always afraid of using the RIP too, and always saw it as for spam, trolls, etc.

I too have seen an awful lot of double (or so) posting and it makes me nutso. (And gets very confusing.) If you tell me I can report these, then don't get upset with me when I do.

So this means I also report when I feel something is in a wrong category? Other than the obvious, what are some examples of stuff we can use this for?

Yep, RIP has many uses other than the more obvious ones.

Don't worry about abusing it as you'll soon know if you are
