Are my eyes getting worse, or is the font getting smaller

http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/relatio...tml#post738039

Glad that I was not the only one thinking of mentioning this issue, but it's really hard reading posts whent the fonts are soooooo small.

Is there anything that can be done to enlarge the font on this posts of this forum, PLEASE..

I already wear 3.00+ magnification when reading this forum, I can't get stronger lenses.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Love,
Chery
but can hardly see you anymore.....and Jesus_helper has the same problem.

I have trouble seeing too. My screen is 19 inches and I went into properties and then settings and changed the screen area to minimum. Now I have to move the screen display all over the place to see everything but I can read it without eyestrain.

When I go to that link you posted it briefly shows a smaller font then reverts quickly to the standard font (Verdana?). I'm using the new Firefox 3.0Beta.

The linked question was using an annoying font, Ariel Narrow.
I have made an "adjustment" and it should be fine now.

Feel free to use RIP function if things like that are a problem for you.

You CAN get stronger lenses. You just need a prescription to do so....You can't get cheater readers stronger than a +3.00

Hey Nezzy, you still around? It's great 'hearing' from you again, but darned if I understand what you are saying..

I did what was suggested, on the first response and it worked for me. I guess this new Windows Vista and IE 7 has it's own settings and people just have to play with it a little.

How have you been doing?

Now that I have this new laptop I have to find my old smileys again, until then, I'll just experiment a bit.
