I got white eyeliner in a make-up set off my friend!
I know its for my eyes obviously but does it go at the top or the bottom?
What type of make-up does it go with?
Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated

Wow - white eyeliner! If it's eyeLINER it goes on the top, along the lashes. If it's a white PENCIL it is used to line the lower lids - theory is (same as blue eyeliner) that it makes the whites of your eyes look brighter and whiter.

White eyeliner is ment for the rim of the bottom eyelid.

It is used to make the eyes look bigger. Remeber to use mascara too if you wear it like this
