looking for a particular skirt

i recently saw a girl in a club with an adorable skirt on and really wanted to know where i could find something similar. it was 3 quarters length, very ruffly and sortof filmy, and pink. it had a hem that was completely uneven and created by ruffles of different lenghths to sort of make it "raggy" looking. it's somewhat similar to the ruched teardrop skirt from bebe.com (link below) but has a much less polished look and much less symmetrical hem (and it's pink). any ideas on where i could get something similar? thanks in advance!

Nutmeg, I have a skirt like that in black. The uneven hem look is hot, you will find skirts similar to it at the malls.
