Emo is a type of personality, so if you have that type of personality, go for it! If not, and you think you look good in it... who cares what other people think, as long as you're comfortable, thats all that should matter...

Wear rich purple or deep wine colors. They will look good with your skin color and that's the color of royalty.

Just another "click" that has been brought up by the 1980's musical community, and NOW is finally being brought into light, but is being looked down upon..

I guess they decided to make clothes out of it..

Yeah Im familiar with the concept ''emo". The tye dying of poor defenseless road kill and super gluing it to the scalps of young adolescents... skinny jeans, horizontal lines, converse or Vans, and as many skull and crossbones and broken heart pins as you can manage to fit onto your clothing...
Anyway, I was just curious to hear thisparticular persons idea of 'emo'.

Yea um no its not emo refers to a type of music...emohardcore, which in turn is a type of punk music, they called it emo because the hardcore punk bands would get very emotional and into the songs when they sung them. Therefore it really isnt even a different subuclture, but I guess you could argue that ty places like hottopic and other has made it into something its not, o yea and it has nothing to do with goth!
