clothes for the ill proportioned woman

I have the worst time trying to find shirts and especially dresses that have ample enough room in the chest. In the past year I have lost about 40 lbs. I thought shopping would be easier when I went out of plus sizes and into straight sizes. However, my breasts, which were large as a plus size woman (40 DD) did not shrink and I now measure a 34 FF . Shopping has become so much harder since I lost weight. Somehow the limited selections and specific stores were eaisier, I guess. I bought all of my clothes at either Lane Bryant or Torrid. Now, I am not sure where to shop. I do not want to look like a teenager. I am not a child, nor do I have a child's body so I am not going to shop at all those Juniors stores and departments. I am very overwhelmed at stores like Macy's and Parisian (large dept stores) and all the sections and areas and designers and when I go in there, I cannot find pants long enough (33-35 inseam depending on shoes) Also, dresses are horrible to find as many times, a size 16 (my pants range from size 8-12) will not close over my chest and the plus sizes fall off. I know I am a mess and a tailor is my best solution but I first need to find the best places to shop to find clothes for a 27 year old with a long inseam and a large bustline! Help me someone please?????
