Written answer to citation for suit for arrearages on support...form or format?

Asked Dec 8, 2010, 08:56 AM — 1 Answer
I have no money to hire an attorney. I need to file a written answer in Texas District Court 378, Ellis County Texas to a Petition in Suit for support arrearages. I have all receipts(cancelled checks to the mother) Is there a form or example I can use on the internet to help me write an answer to the court? I understand after I file the answer the court will set a date where I can show my cancelled checks.

Are there form numbers on the documents you have received? Did the include a blank copy for you to return? In some courts even a sheet of paper with the case number and persons involved is enough. Are they asking specific questions?
