wife falsely accused me of sexual assualt

I caught my wife with my best friend, at which time she admitted to being involved with him. She wanted me to leave our home and child and i refused. She then told my sister a week later that I...this is embarrassing to say...masturbated on her face while she slept. 6 days later she went and got a t.r.o. on sexual assault and had me removed from the house! Went to court yesterday and because she told my sister this happened the judge did not want to hear anything I said. She had a lawyer I didn't because she took all the money out of our checking account and put it in her account that she opened. I am presently unemployed due to back surgery and she took what little money i get from unemployment each week. She now has a permanent restraining order,my daughter, the house, and 80.00 a week child support. Do I have any recourse here??? I lost everything and did nothing! legal aid won't help me because I don't have custody of my daughter. I don't have money for a lawyer but definitely need one. What can I do?
Thanks,
Tom

well first mistake was not having an attorney. And not sure how masturbating on her face was a sexual assualt ? even if it did happen.
So what visitation did you get for the daughter ?

so you save up money and file in court for modification as soon as you can

You write the judge a very nice letter explaining your difficulties to him and how you plan to deal with them; send your wife's lawyer a copy. Is your wife working? You have an alimony claim against her; the money in the account is yours, too. You need to hire a lawyer; until you do, you need to respectfully stand up for yourself.
