Yes let her go live and do what she wants, get a divorce , move on with your life obviosly she doesn't t want to be with you any more.

In general, no, by US law you cannot "kick her from the house."
You CAN retain an Attorney and sue for divorce.

What are you referencing?
You are new here so you may not realize that answer on law need to conform to statutory law. I don't know where you or the OP lives, but a husband usually cannot kick the wife from the marital home. He can however get a divorce and, if a court agrees, can have her removed.Quote:

In the US, if you own the property just in your name and I was owned prior to marriage, you may be able to evict her.
But most likely if in the US, you will have to file for divorce and have divorce court decide what will happen
