What time do you have to contest a will in Pennsylvania
Hi, I have a question. What time do you have to contest a will in Pennsylvania? Also, my aunt recently died. Her live in boyfriend for 37 years was named executor and he says everything automatically transfers to his name. There are no other living members besides me and my sister. We are checking into reading of the will.
Any information you have will be great.
    Thanks

Just because he was named executor, doesn't mean everything transfers into his name. What do you mean checking into reading of the will? If your mother had a lawyer, call him, get it done. The executor is charged with doing many duties regarding a will. Please go to Google, there are many sites that explain just what an executor does.
