My ex girlfrend has are little boyd ashes she sont let me see them id there anyway I can force her to get a plot of land and what right do I have

This question is almost illegible. From what I am guessing, you and you ex had a son that passed away, and you want to know if you can force her to get a burial plot for the ashes? The answer would depend on where you are located and if you were legally established as the father before he passed away. So, where are you, what was the custody situation, and were you the legally established father?

Depends on the circumstances - who paid for the cremation? Are you the legal father (through DNA)?

Why doesn't she want you to have the ashes?

I suppose you could take her to Court over this (I see no other way to force her to turn them or part of them over to you) but that would be expensive and I doubt you'd win.

For HER to get a plot of land? Do you mean you want to force HER to buy a burial plot for him?

Why is the purchase of the plot HER responsibility?

Yes, are you on the birth certificate, what is or was the legal status of you and the child's mother. If separated was there a legal custody order ?

I have just been to court over my son's ashes. The father is in possession and the court has ruled they must be interned in a churchyard. I am the mother and haven't seen them for 19 months. They are now in a chapel of rest and as it's the weekend I still can't see them :( You need to get a solicitor. Good luck

I am indeed sorry for your loss, but what's the deal about seeing some ashes? They don't look anything like the departed, you know.
