What if I am not Bio Parent and I relinquish my parental rights

What if i am not the bio parent and i want to relinquish my parental rights. My x-wife is accepting money from the girls fathers......yes "we" have 2 daughters and she is accepts money from their fathers. She takes vacations with them, accepts gifts from them for the girls. and i am stuck with the bill and jail time. what can i do?

If you are not the bio father you should not owe or have any responsiblity.

Why are you paying child support, did you allow your name to be put on the birth certificate ???

Depending on the state you live in, you will need to file a motion in court to prove you are not the father.

You can not just relinquish any rights, ( that does not stop child support anyway)
