    What can I do, with no funds for an attorney
    Is There Anybody Out There That Can Help Me ? I Pay Child Support, And Have Had My Kids For The Last Three Weeks. Their Mother Does Not Call Them, And We Don't Even Know Where She Lives. Child Supprt Takes One Third Of My Paycheck Each Week, And I Can't Afford A Lawyer.

    Are you saying that you have custody or the children and that you nor anyone else knows where the mother is located? It would be helpful to know that here. Thanks!

    Check with the legal aid in your county. Also talk with the clerk of the family court. Without going back to court and getting a temp change of custody and a temp change to the child support, they will keep taking the money.
