    What can I do?
I was married to a man and had 2 children.. We divorced.. Had a 50/50 custody agreement.. Went back to court because I filed an emergency custody petition and now have full custody and he has supervised visitation.. He has not seen his kids since jan 22 no call card nothing for their birthdays it easter... I got 4 child support payments and that's all.. He has not used any visits.. Can I file for abandonment? Or anything? I recently am re married and the kids are better off without him but am not sure what I can do..

In most States this is not abandonment. It is refusal to obey a Court Order. Take him back to Court.

You most probably cannot strip him of his rights unless your new husband is willing to adopt the children and their father consents.

You cannot force someone to be a good father.

What about if he got supervised because his new wife shook our daughter and he did nothing about it and hasn't shown up to court?
