My Husband is currently in jail and due to be released in the next week. He will have his first probation visit. We want to move out of state. Will he be giving a little time to find a job?
it will depend. frist is this parole? But at the meeting he will need to ask what they require to move. But what happens, often they will want him to provide a address he will be living and a job he will be doing before he can move. Because not only does the state he is moving from have to ok it, the state he is moving to has to approve it.
They may allow some visits to the new state to try and find employment
