In what way was his order violated? What state are you in? Was is his visitation order that he "violated" or something else? If it was his visitation order how do you see him "violating" it because he can't really do that a visitation gives the parent the rights to visits at those times it is not a requirement that they use all of those times. However, depending on his reasoning for requesting the increase it could still be granted. Basically we will need more information in order to give you a clear answer.
