First, if you have a new question you should start your own thread. It gets confusing if you piggyback a question on someone else's thread. I have requested this be moved.

Second, you need to show some patience. Questions are not answered immediately. You have to wait for someone who can answer to see the question.

Now to answer your question, I'm afraid its no. You cannot get parental rights revoked. What you CAN do is get custody and visitation revoked if you can prove abuse and/or neglect.

Sorry its age old now if you want the child support money usually you have to deal with the dads and the visitation

I'm not sure you have a case for terminating his paternal rights. They may be limited while in the custody of the state, whether incarcerated or in a halfway house, but to deny them altogether is a stretch. Since it's the circumstances of his incarceration that cause him to be "neglectful and abandoning" and not necessarily his own free will and accord, I don't think you have much of a case. The fact that he asked for visitation and custody suggests that no judge is going to brand him as "neglectful and abandoning."
