    The state and child support
    Why do you have to pay money back to a state when a child support order has been fulfilled and the child is 22 years old

    I don't know what you mean - did the custodial parent receive Welfare benefits and now the State is getting around to asking to be reimbursed?

    I don't know what the "paying back" part is all about.
