sister moved out 3 years ago, can she return and kick me out?

I have a question. my father and i have lived in this apartment for the last 3 years. however my sister's name was on the lease but moved out 3 years ago. she is upset with my father and wants to kick us out. Are my father and I legally tenants of this apartment now? can we rightfully remain here?
