Me and my girlfriend had a baby together. We are not living together untill school is over. And she is living at her mothers house. Does her mother have the right to tell me that i cant see my baby.

How old are you two? Her Mother does have the right to refuse you entrance into her home. To her, you are unwanted company. Is this any kind of protection order or restraining order against you? If I were you I would call and ask to make arrangements to see your child. What do your parents say in this? They are the grandparents. Do they wish to see their grandchild? What if they were to invite your girlfriend and child over for dinner? If they do not live where you live, what if you had a neutral person arrange this for you? Someone that would be there during the visit that her mother would go along with.

Not knowing her age here is a bit difficult to answer. I daresay she is a minor. If that is so, she is not an adult and her mom holds some power. I am not agreeing with the mom's decision. The time for her to step in was before her daughter started having sex with you, not to mention unprotected sex. But then one cannot keep things from happening, no matter how well you educate your child. When you are young, you never think of consequences.

Maybe your parents can help mediate. Good luck.
