He has been with me the entire time. I go and the reason I am usually the voice is because I have all the case dates memorized and I know what I'm looking for. They tried to lie to us even on the trip I am referring to. My husband takes me to ensure they aren't trying to hide anything. So this isn't just me going by myself asking for documents. This is my husband receiving this treatment as well. And thank you so much! I had no idea that JAG could subpoena the records for us. Just that piece of info is more helpful then you realize.

If JAG is helping you with the case, they should be able to request a subpeona for the records.
