How do I go about having my girlfriend move out..She been living with me for about a year in Florida..she wants her daughter to move and I don't want her here

This is a relationship problem you are going to have surmount in the communication arena. You basically tell her that you and she are quits and she has to move out. Why bring eviction into the picture and get ugly when all you have to do is communicate.
