My sisters husband 15 year old daughter is pregnant. Her mother has kicked her our of the house and does not know where she living. Wil it be her fathers responsibility to take care of this baby because she is a minor?

Mother can not just "kick" 15 year old out of house, this is child endangerment, abuse and so on. Childrens service would be all over them. She may have the girl declared deliquent and turn her over to child welfare.

No. Once she has a baby, she is emancipated and taking care of the baby is her and the baby's father's responsibility.

She is still under age . And can't provide for herself . Being so, she still needs her parents support . I don't think that this is a legal question . But more of a moral one . She needs her family's support right now . I was a young Mother . And had my Dad and step Mom's support . Till I was a little older . Then it was all on me . Things may be tough , and stressful right now . But pray about it . God will hear you . I now have 5 beautiful girls and have done very well for myself . Being pregnant young , is hard . But it's not the end of the world . Get her on a child care list now . Before baby is born . So that way she can continue her education and get her a good paying job ........................That's what I wished would have happend to me .
