I was in a 23 years old relationship ( not Married). We have not custody, child support or visitation agreement. My son that is 15 years old wants to spend his summer vacation with me. His mother has said "No". Does she have the right to deny me and him of visitation?

She has a right to but you have the right to go to court for joint custody. At 15 your son can have a say and the Judge should take what he wants into consideration.
Be prepared for her to turn around and go for child support too though.

Yes, she has complete right to deny you any contact with the boy if she wants.

This is because there is no custody agreement in place, this is because there is no child visitation agreement in place And also you need to be paying child support ( I expect you have been doing this anyway)

I am the one that posted the Question. I have been paying CHild Support even though there isnt a court order. SO I cant believe she can deny me rights to see my children.

There should definitely be a court order in place, most people feel it's a hassle, but it really does protect your rights as well. (i.e. visitation)...

Even with court orders many girls are taking the support and denying the dads the right to see their kids. The court treats support and visitation rights as two separate issues.
Make sure you keep a receipt for everything you give her.

Well it is good that you are paying child support, I do hope you are making it a seperate check to the mother with child support as the memo on it for proof latter if you need it.

But child support and visitation are not even connected, if you had a court order in place, she can still say no, and all you can do is take her back to court to see if the judge will find her in contempt.

But without any court order in place, you have no legal rights what so ever. Your payments do not give you any rights, only means you will not owe as much back support if you do latter go to court.

It is not fair, but legal has nothing to do with fair
