Ok so give up and stop fighting. But forget about signing over your rights or getting out of paying support. Ain't going to happen.
Somehow a myth has gotten root that a parent can just sign over their rights. But it's just a myth. You do not have to see your children but you do have to support them. Only a court can terminate rights and a court will not do so to let you out of paying support.
So you can give up and stop trying to see your children. I don't know what you have done to enforce your visitation rights. Or what you have done to try and get her for parental alienation. Maybe you haven't tried hard enough. Maybe you have. But you will not get out of paying support.
Then don't fight it, just keep sending a check every month and give up. You can not sign your rights away, to get out of paying child support it does not work that way, you can stop trying to get or use your rights, but you have to keep paying.
