Ask to testify in court at the custody hearings. Judges take the children's choices into account at your age. Let them know that you want to live with your Dad and WHY. I'm hopeing you aren't making this choice based on your other post that I replied to. If you want to live with your Dad then great. But your Mom is making you do the right thing.

AT 15 you can testify in court, there is no age where you can just move where you want. IF you want to live with your dad, your dad will have to file in court to get custody.

She stole a bra and her mom is making her return it...some kids will get mad and say they want their other parent when something like that happens.

Thats not really my reason tho I've wanted to live w/ my Dad since I was like 12 or 11 and I find that I listen to my Dad, and am happier when i'm with him.

If that's the case, then I think you would be better off there...Just tell the courts that you would like to live with your Dad because you can respect him more, and he listens to you...
