parental rights

I have left my husband and divorce is pending. We have five children, which at the time of me leaving I left them in his care. Because when I left I had no where to live and no means to care for there basic needs. My soon to be ex-husband lives with his parents in which they take care of all my childrens needs.(houseing, food, clothes and etc.) He now is tring to end my parentral rights because I moved out. can he do this and is there anything I can do to not allow this happen? Please answer soon. As we go to court on July 11 at 3:30. in Putnam County, WV

Can he do it, maybe if you don't fight it, in court. you hire an attorney and fight, You demand visitation, as for custody if you want it.

As long as you are having contact with the children, vistiing them and the such no.
