ownership of the property

Greetings.
I left my family 3 years ago. I still pay the house mortgage as I did since 1989. Do I have any rights over the property?
Thanks.

"rights" you own or are joint owner if your name is on the deed,

if you "left" you need to file for divorce and the divorce court will decide current ownership,
