I received a pro nunc tunc retroactive order back to july27,2007 in my termination order of child support case. This is when I filed for a change of circumstance, because my son moved back home with me. The mother did not come for the next 3 court dates. Finally, after a conference via speakerphone confirming my sons residence I was issued the final order. I received this order on december4th, 2007. Since then 3 more payments have come out of my check. I would like to know does my order mean I will get all of my money from july27, 2007 to now that I paid or only the 527.00 check they sent me yesterday. They owe me at least 1200 more if I am owed money from july27,2007. 380.00 from july with no arrears. new york city is where my case is from. Judge also ordered refund of overpayment of monies on order.
