Overpayment equals death

Hello, my name is Randy Paul Niemi. I have a problem with FRO. I did not even make enough money this year to appear in the booklet for government guidelines for paying child support. I made $1'200 over 5 months and paid over $300 of that into child support. The job did not work out and I'm now looking for new work, but I am flat broke with nowhere to live for the winter, and Fro is now demanding that I owe them money now. I do not understand how they can get away with this. For any other person to make 8'100 dollars in a year, they only need to pay $12 dollars for two children over the year. I only made $1'200 and paid over $300. The man paying $12 for a full year is left alone, but I am not left alone, they are demanding more. What can I do to get out of this life threatening situation? I live in Thunder Bay Ontario. Will someone please help me? I do not want anything back, I just wish to be left alone for a while to gather some money again! I have a job already lined up for next spring that will pay well with long hours if I choose. I will be able to make an unemployment claim by fall, things just did not work out for me this year, and I desperately need professional advice and a legal plan of action.

Randy Paul Niemi
