violation of court oder for visition

my son is 2yrs. i took my son's father to court for custody at the same time he brought me for visitation. he was granted everyother week end. i was told if he doesnt show up to get a police report and when i get three of them to bring them the courts and file for a violation. will he lose visitation?

If not immediately on first Court sitting, he surely is on his way to lose it next time.
But you do not say what you really want : the best for your son, or revenge your son's father demanding visitation rights...

Who told you this? You can't file a police report for not showing up for scheduled visitation because that is not a crime. What you can do is keep a log of the visitations for a couple of months. If he misses at least half of them then go back to court and ask that visitation be cancelled.

I'm assuming you think he filled for visitation to try and get you to not file for support. Since you got support he may not bother with visitation.
