my husband's ex-wife has filed a petition to move to oklahoma from arkansas with the kids. her current husband has been charged with felonies (some of which were drug related) and has a shakey job record(he currently is working). he also recieves supervised visitation to see his own kids and has been very behind on his own child support. she is moving and leaving all her family plus the kids family on thier father's side along with mine, which she has heavily depended on to take the kid's to activities and babysit when she has something else to do. she has missed severalof the kids activities and practices for various reasons. when we go to court will these facts which we can prove help us. will the judge even take them into consideration?
