    Non-custodial parents girlfriend/spouse
As the custodial parent, do I have the right to not allow the non-custodial's girlfiends around my child, during the ordered visitation?

IF you have good reason, otherwise most likely not.

Unless you can prove she presents a danger to the child, his visitation is his own. As long as he picks up and drops off the child, you don't have much say in what he does with her. You can refuse to hand over the child to her, but that's about it.

"I must spread rep first" haha... but Scott is of course 100% correct.

You must be able to prove that the girlfriend is a danger to your child... his visitation time is just that... his. There is little you can do to control who he take his child around.

Don't put your kid in the middle of bull sh*t because his father moved on and your jealous. You may think your not affecting the kid, but you are. Grow up and move on.

Sounds like you might have been the girlfriend and your bf's ex made your liofe difficult. While I don't disagree with you, you seem to be jumping the gun here. There is nothing to indicate why the OP doesn't want to girlfriend involved. So your rudeness was inappropriate.
