I really doubt it. First about the IRS, that's about equal to filing a false police report. The agencies really don't appreciate that - and often come back on the person who lied! As long as you have all your records and can prove whatever you may need to, you'll be fine. And this isn't the first time an ex has tried this, so they'll be skeptical right from the start. Sorry, but you've got to get the dirt on her as far as keeping your assets. You've said you haven't cheated - has she? This is a nasty situation and you need to have all the information you can! A good lawyer can make this go as smoothly as possible.
Good luck to you!
