Moving out of state ?

Asked Jul 30, 2012, 03:04 PM — 1 Answer
I was just granted sole physical custody. There is visitation to the noncustodial parent, supervised and at my discretion. Am I able to move from California to Texas?

No, unless your willing to give the child or children up for a signifigant visitation block and it be unsupervised.

How long ago did the courts grant you such custody and what is the purpose of the move?
