What is the legal age to be able to move out and do your own thing?? What are the requirements to get imancipated???

It's 18 in most States. Your parents - or in some cases, you - can emancipate you earlier if you are self supporting. The State does NOT want you on your own, on Welfare.

Is your wish to be emancipated connected to your arrest warrant?
