Mothers fight for daughter taken from her fathers home

I have been divorced for 12 years. My daughter age 14 was at her fathers house when a probation raid involved cps and they placed my daughter into a temporary foster home without contacting me. I found out and the next day I contacted the social worker who has now had me at court stating I failed to protect my child.
Last court date they found out that i was not the custodial parent and so it was the courts who allowed my daughter the ability to be at her fathers house and releived me of any wrongful neglect concerning the failure to protect.
My daughter is now at her sisters home who is presently on probation for drug charges and commercial burglary. They wont let me talk to my daughter on the phone, denied me of txting my daughter and says i need to contact the social worker for supervised visits. I have a scheduled court date to attend to try and get custody of my daughter.
Dont I have the right to have my daughter here at her home with her mom and brother? ]
Do they have a right to keep me from contacting my daughter since I wasnt the one to blame for removal of her?
What do you suggest I do to gain custody of my daughter?

CPS does what they want and plays games and they aren't fair. They seem to be above the law. They even TOLD ME they ARE allowed to lie in court and they told so many lies against me that it was impossible to get my kids back. They will remove a child from a parent suspected of doing drugs or even lesser things than that, yet leave a child with hard core drug addicts and proudly announce they are 'working with the family' and use flowery words like 'making progress' so they can make it out like they are doing such a fantastic job because they 'brought this family from the gutter to functional'.
The lawyers that get assigned to you from there act like they are on your side but many of them actually work against you. So the best thing to do is hire your own. Document everything and talk about how you want to be 'pro active' and use their terms like pro active when you talk because the lingo is what works in your favor. They are big on the fact you write everything down too. If you don't they hold it against you like you didn't care enough.
Do what ever programs they tell you to. If they tell you to do something that doesn't sound right write down exactly what they said immediately and tell them to sign it right then and there cause they WILL claim in court they never said that.
They insisted I quit my job and get on welfare. I argued with them for three months. Every time I saw them again they asked did you quit your job yet? You know you need to be pro active and do it BEFORE you can get your kids back because they Judge will want to see you doing it before summer vacation or he will think you aren't going to have time for them. (Nobody would babysit my kids and CPS said "it wasn't other peoples job to watch my kids".)
I finally quit at the beginning of April and they went into court and told the Judge that I wasn't dependable because I quit my job. I told the Judge that they insisted for three months that I quit my job and the WHOLE court literally laughed at me like I was retarded and said NOBODY can MAKE you do anything.
....AND that is just one of tons of things they pulled on me.

I agree with NOhelp4u, CPS workers are not nice people and I wouldn't say they were really working for the kids either. I have had tons of problem with them, however not as bad as that.

Your daughters sister has every right to do what is written in the orders. If a judge stated that you were not to have contact and hasn't rescinded the order then you have to have another order drafted and go back to court. The only thing I can say is continue to fight. Back up everything they say to you in letters. Start them with... To confirm our last conversation... and end with... please contact me asap if I misunderstood anything...
make copies of everything you send to everyone. Remember write your letter as though every word will be picked apart and will be held against you, after all you will need to show the judges.
